Southbound Stock Connect net sold CNY 10.412 bln today. Via Shanghai Stock Connect, Tracker Fund of Hong Kong was net sold HK$2.759bn and another small position HK$126m; Kuaishou-W led net buys at HK$945m. Via Shenzhen Stock Connect, CSPC Pharmaceutical and Akeso were net sold HK$1.092bn and HK$631m; Alibaba-W led net buys at HK$2.004bn.

NAHB and Wells Fargo data show Q2 median-priced U.S. home at $410,700, with monthly mortgage payments equal to 34% of a typical household's income, up from 32% in Q1 and reversing part of the improvement since early 2025. The groups said higher borrowing costs linked to the U.S.-Iran conflict lifted rates across the economy; the 30-year fixed mortgage rate climbed to about 6.8%, near a one-year high. NAHB also reported the median new-home price rose 2% in the quarter, adding to affordability pressure.
