Vice Finance Minister Liao Min said at an Aug. 21 State Council Information Office briefing that in H2 fiscal policy will prioritize faster fund deployment, stronger measures to expand domestic demand, and strengthened fiscal reform and management. The ministry said it will, depending on macro conditions, timely design and roll out practical, effective incremental measures to support qualitative improvement and reasonable growth of the economy.
