established multiple R&D platforms including an mRNA vaccine platform and is
expanding its applications. As of end-June 2026, Baike’s self-developed HSV-2
vaccine is in Phase I. Baike’s equity-investee, Chuanxin Biopharma (Suzhou) —
which Baike will acquire up to 100% subject to milestone conditions under the
parties’ agreement — is conducting an investigator-initiated trial (IIT) of a
pan-tumor mRNA vaccine, TMT101, at Peking Union Medical College Hospital.
