Support spans traditional sectors (agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fisheries, cultural tourism, health and elderly care) and emerging industries (high‑end equipment, AI, green/low‑carbon, biomanufacturing). Two consumption measures have supported roughly CNY1.88 trillion of household spending by boosting service‑sector supply (restaurants, accommodation, culture, health/elderly care) and strengthening demand via subsidies, trade‑in and invoice‑lottery incentives.
