Chongqing Zhangxue Motorcycle Industrial Co. has filed a recall with SAMR under
China’s defective vehicle recall rules (recall no. S2026M0061V). The company is
recalling 286 units of the 2026 820RR motorcycle produced from 3 Apr to 21 Apr
2026. Defect: incorrect installation of the engine pressure‑relief valve O‑ring,
which can be deformed or damaged, loosening the valve assembly and causing
engine oil leakage and inadequate lubrication. Possible outcomes include
connecting‑rod bearing failure, crankcase rupture or engine seizure; in extreme
cases the defect may cause rider crashes.
