U.S. Customs and Border Protection issued guidance on imposing additional duties under Section 338 of the Tariff Act on certain Canadian goods.

Ukrainian drones struck Ozon’s logistics hub in Chapayevsk, Samara region, hitting a roughly 135,000 sqm facility and igniting a large fire. Ozon confirmed the strike, said it has suspended operations at the site indefinitely and removed affected goods from its platform. The same night drones also struck the nearby Novokuibyshevsk refinery. The attack is the first successful strike on Ozon’s network after weeks of Ukrainian attacks on Wildberries warehouses; Ukraine has characterized both e-commerce platforms as dual-use logistics systems supporting Russian forces.

Iranian Defense Ministry spokesman Reza Talaei-Nik told state television that weapons and defense-equipment output doubled over the past year. He said production rose after a 12-day conflict with the US and Israel ended in June last year, and that some wartime-priority strategic systems increased more than threefold, a claim he said contradicts US and Israeli assertions that Iran's defence production would stagnate.
