In Isfahan police arrested three suspects at a brick factory near a pipeline, seized two vehicles and said the suspects admitted stealing and smuggling 2.24 mln liters of fuel. In Kerman authorities detained 10 suspects, seized two tanker trucks and said they admitted diverting about 1.7 mln liters. East of Tehran, suspects rented an abandoned site along a pipeline, dug a channel to the main line; two suspects initially escaped but were later captured in Semnan and have admitted stealing about 20,000 liters.
