China Securities Index Co., Ltd. will publish the CSI Sci‑Tech and ChiNext
Battery Select Index on Aug 25, 2026. The index will include 40 relatively
large‑cap securities listed on the STAR Market and ChiNext whose businesses
cover power batteries, energy‑storage batteries, consumer‑electronics batteries,
emerging‑technology batteries, battery materials and supporting equipment, and
will track the overall performance of battery‑related listed securities on those
boards; it is intended to expand the investable universe for market
participants.
