GPU is the new G2‑UltraNX, which Xiaomi says delivers an 85% performance gain and 64% lower power draw. Xuanjie O3 is the first mobile processor to support LPDDR6, offering 113.8 GB/s bandwidth, a 48% increase versus Xuanjie O1. The NPU has been fully rearchitected for Xiaomi MiMo on‑device large models, providing 200 TOPS tensor compute and 3.13 TFLOPS vector compute; Xiaomi reports on‑device AI performance up 45%.
