Members of SK Hynix’s union voted down a temporary wage agreement on Tuesday, with 50.08% of the 15,045 employees who voted opposing the deal. SK Hynix, the world’s second-largest memory-chip maker, is benefiting from surging demand for high-bandwidth memory (HBM) from AI applications and has seen strong profits.
