Jiangsu Power Trading Center organized provincial market participants to take part in August intra-month south-to-East China cross-grid green-power trading and simultaneously participated in Yunxiao HVDC transmission-rights trading. The transaction is the first nationwide transmission-rights deal from China Southern Power Grid to the State Grid. Seven Jiangsu participants transacted a total 622 MWh of green power, a step toward cross-grid mutual-assistance mechanisms.
