Authorities in the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei region have issued a cross‑regional work plan to strengthen the quality chain for brain‑computer interfaces (BCI). Priority technologies for breakthroughs and commercialization include new dry electrodes, flexible electrodes, BCI signal‑acquisition chips, compute/decoding chips, integrated acquisition systems and high‑performance real‑time decoding algorithms.
