Industry sources confirm Chinese memory leader CXMT is the core LPDDR6 partner for the Xuanjie O3. CXMT began sampling LPDDR6 to key customers in March, and market reports in early August indicated its LPDDR6 was nearing the end of validation. The Xuanjie O3 launch signals China’s domestic low-power DRAM has entered the global first tier.
