Research firm Digitimes says AI-driven infrastructure spending is accelerating and major cloud providers will increasingly prioritize operational efficiency and financial discipline in H2 2026. Amazon, Alphabet and Microsoft posted combined Q2 cloud revenue of $106.3bn, up 43% YoY—the fastest pace since 2020.
