A White House official said the Trump administration is discussing additional trade sanctions on Canada after Canada took retaliatory measures.

Axios reports Cisco (CSCO.O) is partnering with Supermicro (SMCI.O) to add high-performance AI servers to its NVIDIA-backed infrastructure portfolio, extending beyond networking to sell more AI compute hardware. Cisco says the deal will add high-density liquid-cooled and air-cooled systems to its Secure AI Factory solution. Cisco says it is stepping up AI infrastructure efforts, betting compute demand will not slow in the foreseeable future.
