Dubai International Airport said passenger throughput fell about one-third in H1 as the conflict involving Iran disrupted travel. The airport expects demand to recover in H2 but has delayed its 100 million annual passengers target by one year. Gulf carriers Emirates, Qatar Airways and Etihad have cut capacity and rerouted international networks; several European carriers have suspended flights to multiple regional destinations and are avoiding Gulf airspace.
