European oil and gas index led European equities lower after crude oil prices fell.

Policy steps will prioritise expanding value-added space, competing on quality and intelligence, upgrading process technology and product quality, strengthening premium brand building, promoting innovative allocation of production factors, and steering manufacturing toward both ends of the 'smile curve' to raise total factor productivity.
