Moonshot AI is negotiating revenue‑sharing agreements with Microsoft Azure,
Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud to permit those providers to host its Kimi
K3 model, seeking up to a 30% cut of K3‑related service revenue, people familiar
with the matter told foreign media. If concluded, the deals would be among the
first significant revenue‑sharing arrangements between a Chinese AI company and
major U.S. cloud providers; Moonshot has already signed similar agreements with
smaller cloud platforms, and Alibaba is also seeking revenue‑share deals with
major users of its new open‑source AI model, the sources said.
