Russia's defence ministry said on the 27th its forces struck Ukrainian
defence-industrial sites, logistics nodes, ports and vessels, destroying a
tanker and two fuel storage tanks at Izmail port in Odesa region and seven
military equipment warehouses. The ministry said the tanker was docked at Izmail
and had been transporting fuel to Ukrainian forces; it also struck a Kyiv-region
plant that makes ground reconnaissance-and-strike remote-controlled systems and
a logistics site storing various UAVs.
