residents' life expectancy 79.25 years; maternal mortality 13.4 per 100,000;
infant mortality 3.8 per 1,000. Reported cost control: average inpatient cost
per stay 9,768.9 yuan, down 1.0% YoY on both current and comparable prices;
average outpatient cost per visit 357.7 yuan, down 0.9% YoY. Preliminary total
health expenditure 9.33672 tln yuan; financing mix—government 25.2%, social
47.7%, household 27.1%; per capita health spending 6,637.9 yuan; health spending
6.7% of GDP. Childcare: end‑2025 under‑3 slots 4.73 per 1,000 population,
county‑level service coverage 98.8%; 126,000 childcare institutions, 6.657 mln
slots and 1.431 mln staff.
