Gold and precious metals led gains; 00815.HK and 01815.HK climbed more than 7%, while 06693.HK and 01818.HK rose over 3%. Oil and gas names advanced—PetroChina (00857.HK) gained over 2%, Sinopec (00386.HK) and CNOOC (00883.HK) each rose more than 1%. Semiconductors lagged: 09971.HK fell over 7%, and 03986.HK and 06809.HK dropped more than 5%.
