Trump-linked US firm AAFS Infrastructure & Energy plans to raise its investment
in Bosnia and Herzegovina to more than €2 billion, AAFS Bosnia head Amer Bekan
said in a Thursday phone interview. The one-year-old company now proposes a 100
MW data centre and associated infrastructure in Mostar valued at about €530
million, added to an April plan. In April AAFS announced a €1.5 billion package
to build a gas pipeline, three gas-fired power plants and to expand/refurbish
Sarajevo and Mostar airports; the company was co-founded by Trump’s former
lawyer Jesse Binnall and Joseph Flynn, brother of former national security
adviser Michael Flynn.
