Chile, Argentina, Bolivia and Peru signed a joint declaration on strategic minerals.

Indonesia's finance minister said sovereign wealth fund Danantara will transfer IDR 120 tln of profits to the government in 2026 as a reserve fund, to be recorded as non-tax revenue; the proceeds will keep the budget deficit at the current 2.85% of GDP.

The National Data Administration said more than 20 compute-dispatch entities have been admitted to the National Integrated Compute Network monitoring-and-dispatch test verification platform, enhancing compute-dispatch operational capacity. The platform currently monitors about 1.45 million PFLOPS (FP16) of intelligent compute capacity. The National Development and Reform Commission and the National Data Administration will advance the East Data West Compute project, building eight national compute hubs and three compute-and-power coordinated development regions as the backbone of the national integrated compute network.
