Fars News reports the oil ministry has transferred $7.5bn of oil-related foreign-exchange receipts to the Central Bank of Iran, funds the ministry says will cover government FX spending through January next year. The ministry also says Iran has ample oil for sale to meet budget needs, maritime transport limits are not constraining shipments, and budgeted oil revenue reached 99% of target in the first four months of the year.

Al Jazeera reported that Kataib Sayyid al-Shuhada said it will only cooperate with domestic weapons regulation if 10 conditions are met, chief among them a complete US military withdrawal from Iraq. The Iran-linked group, with longstanding ties to the IRGC, demands an end to any US military presence, a ban on using Iraqi airspace to strike neighboring states, and says weapons may be placed under state control only if Iraqi armed forces and air defenses are simultaneously strengthened. Other conditions include withdrawal of PKK fighters from Iraqi territory, federal control of Kurdish borders, and removal of Iranian opposition groups stationed in northern Iraq.
