The company added that 12‑inch chips are a long‑term trend while 6‑inch and 8‑inch still have demand, and product choices will depend on market supply‑demand conditions.

Vice Premier Ding Xuexiang will attend the 11th Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok from Sept. 1–4. His schedule includes the 13th China‑Russia Investment Cooperation Committee meeting, the 23rd Energy Cooperation Committee meeting and the 8th China‑Russia Energy Business Forum.
