Two sources said the Trump administration could approve expanded biofuel blending waivers for U.S. refineries as soon as Monday to blunt rising gasoline prices. The EPA is expected to grant waivers to a batch of small refineries covering more than 1.8 billion renewable fuel credits (RINs), filings include Marathon Petroleum (MPC.N) and Chevron (CVX.N). That would be roughly double the volume the agency initially planned to issue this year.
