Huasheng Tiancheng unveiled its self-branded TeamsunLink optical module series at Huawei’s Beijing commercial partner conference, presenting high-speed optical interconnects for next‑generation data centers and AI compute. TeamsunLink covers 400G and 800G specifications and is positioned for deep integration with AI compute networks and new-generation data center deployments. The company said it will continue collaborating with Huawei and other ecosystem partners to advance AI infrastructure.

Shanghai rolled out property measures known as the 'eight measures' on Aug 20 to smooth primary–secondary housing replacement. On Sep 1 the Shanghai Housing Authority said market feedback has been positive and trading picked up after implementation. In August combined primary and secondary housing transaction area was 2.21 mln sqm (24.3k units), +2% MoM and +15% YoY. The authority said the measures, building on earlier 'six' and new 'seven' Shanghai policies, are helping consolidate market stabilization and are expected to support firmer activity in Sept–Oct.

The Ministry of Natural Resources said a major copper-gold discovery has been made in the Chatting area, Xuancheng, Anhui, potentially forming a new large copper-gold resource base in East China. The main orebody is preliminarily mapped at about 1.2 km long and 1.1 km wide; deeper mineralization remains undelineated. Initial estimates indicate copper potential equivalent to several deposits each >500,000 tonnes and gold potential exceeding more than ten deposits each >20 tonnes; reserves have substantial upside.
