Shaanxi province will provide fiscal subsidies for public high‑power electric
vehicle charging facilities via provincial industrial pooled funds under a plan
issued by the provincial development and reform commission and finance
department. Subsidies target public high‑power charging projects—including
high‑power chargers at charging and battery‑swap stations—that complete required
filing, investment/construction, final acceptance and enter commercial operation
in Shaanxi during 2026–2027.
