Building-materials and cement names showed pockets of strength, Huaxin Building Materials (06655.HK) +8%. Biopharma outsourcing names rallied, GenScript Biotech (01548.HK) +7%. Optical-communications names spiked then pulled back; Xizhi Technology-P (01879.HK) rose over 8% intraday. New-energy vehicle makers, battery suppliers, ports and copper miners were active. PCB-related stocks fell, Dazu CNC (03200.HK) -7%, Kingboard Laminates (01888.HK) -5%. Property names extended losses, Yuexiu Property (00123.HK) -7%. Robotics, OLED, marquee internet names, AI application and chip sectors were among the weakest. Nio (09866.HK) -6%. New listing Xiyin-W (00625.HK) closed down 0.12% on debut.
