Forecast 20:00 Sept 1–20:00 Sept 2: heavy to torrential rain expected in parts
of eastern Guangdong, most of Fujian, eastern and southern Zhejiang,
central‑southern Taiwan, southeastern Hunan, central‑southern Jiangxi and
eastern Heilongjiang. Southeast Guangdong, eastern Fujian, southeastern Zhejiang
and southern Taiwan may see extreme local totals of 250–280 mm. Short‑duration
intense rainfall likely (max hourly 20–50 mm, locally >70 mm); local
thunderstorms and severe convective gusts also possible.
