Interfax reports Russia's finance ministry has resumed bond auctions.

Baode Computing said it won two China Mobile centralized procurement contracts totalling over RMB1.7 bln. It secured the largest share (two bid packages) of China Mobile’s 2026–2028 component-refresh server procurement, worth more than RMB1.4 bln, and won bid package 1 of the China Mobile Intelligent Computing Center (Hohhot) 2026 expansion and 2026–2027 AI super-node supplementary procurement, worth nearly RMB300 mln. Listed company Huibo Yuntong (301316) is advancing a major-asset restructuring to acquire control of Baode; planned cooperation will focus on hardware‑software integration to build a domestic compute+algorithm+scenario-application full-stack ecosystem.
