The 15th China Intellectual Property Annual Conference will convene multiple
sessions on AI and intellectual property, examining legal governance of AI —
including the copyright legality of large-model training data, copyrightability
of AIGC outputs, liability allocation in human‑AI co‑creation, and practical use
of AI tools for patent searches and trademark monitoring — from judicial,
administrative and industry perspectives. The program will also address
technical and industrial themes: AI‑native technologies and next‑generation
innovation paradigms, embodied intelligence and its impact on industrial
transformation, and how AI is reshaping corporate organization and production.
Attendees include the AI Industry Working Committee IP Center, MIIT’s Electronic
Intellectual Property Center and representatives from embodied‑intelligence
firms.
