The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology said China’s electronic information manufacturing sustained rapid production in Jan–Jul. Value added at enterprises above designated size rose 15.4% YoY, 4.5ppt faster than a year earlier. Operating revenue for those firms reached CNY 11.1 trillion, up 19.4% YoY. Total profits jumped 105% YoY. Cumulative export delivery value rose 8% YoY. Fixed-asset investment in the sector increased 7.8% YoY, 5.6ppt faster than a year earlier.
