Sept 3 — The 2026 World Power Battery Conference opened in Yibin, Sichuan. The
two-day event addresses policy, solid-state batteries, supply chain,
applications, energy storage and recycling across the power-battery value chain.
Organizers will launch an automotive power-battery carbon-footprint information
platform and explain related policy background and implementation requirements,
and will publish 2026 battery innovation technologies plus the Power Battery
Industry Development Index (2026) and the Power Battery Technology Roadmap.
