Ukrainian President Zelenskiy said US envoys sent by President Trump will hold
separate talks in Moscow and Kyiv, with the Kyiv meeting expected within days,
as Washington seeks to revive stalled Russia‑Ukraine negotiations. Zelenskiy did
not name the envoys but said he has spoken with White House envoys Steve Witkoff
and Jared Kushner, who are coordinating visit dates; he said US‑led peace talks
have been largely stalled since February. Zelenskiy added Ukraine has made some
progress using remote drones against Russian energy infrastructure, but
shortages of air‑defence interceptors leave Kyiv and surrounding areas exposed
to Russian missile strikes.
