The Trump administration on Thursday moved to revoke tax-exempt status for private schools that give preferential treatment to minority students.

Jinzhou Pipeline said in investor-relations material that the Dongguan Huaxing liquid-cooling product line expansion began construction on July 10, 2026. Plant renovation and equipment procurement/installation are in progress, and full production is expected by mid-September 2026, earlier than planned. Dongguan Huaxing has started trial production and is procuring raw materials and components; the liquid-cooling business has moved from planning into operation.
