China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC) measured a M4.8 earthquake at 19:39 CST on Sept. 3, epicenter in Beichuan County, Mianyang (31.91N, 104.43E), depth 10 km. Sichuan provincial seismological bureau and local authorities in Beichuan, nearby Jiangyou and Mao County (Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture) said county seats felt the tremor; no damage reports have been received.
