Oura, maker of health, fitness and sleep-tracking smart rings, filed an IPO
registration with the U.S. SEC. For the nine months ended June 30, net loss
attributable to shareholders was $924.3 mln and revenue $1.21 bln, versus a net
loss of $182.8 mln and revenue of $697.6 mln in the same period last year. The
filing says the widened loss includes deemed dividends paid to certain holders
of redeemable convertible preferred stock.
