On Sept. 4 at the 8th China‑Russia Energy Business Forum in Vladivostok, CHINA
sent a congratulatory letter saying it will deepen energy cooperation with
Russia and jointly safeguard stable, unobstructed energy industry and supply
chains. CHINA noted this year marks the 30th anniversary of China‑Russia
strategic partnership and the 25th anniversary of the Treaty of
Good‑Neighborliness and Friendly Cooperation, and said bilateral energy
collaboration has produced substantial results that support mutual development.
It warned the international energy landscape is undergoing deep adjustment, with
intertwined opportunities and risks.
