Cyberspace Administration and six other departments published the Implementation Plan to Promote Coordinated Digital and Green Transformation (2026–2030), directing digital firms to target infrastructure, energy use, production operations and supply‑chain management to implement green design across office, production, transport, service and delivery processes and to cultivate zero‑carbon digital enterprises. The plan encourages digital providers to drive deep integration of smart technologies across all inputs, industry chains and value chains, accelerating full‑chain digital and green upgrades of sector firms to boost upstream and downstream emissions‑reduction capacity and form zero‑carbon industrial and supply chains. It also promotes use of big data and internet platforms for green product traceability, carbon‑footprint notifications and green‑points mechanisms.
