SASAC also required measurable value targets for tech outputs and leader-talent development, directing institutes to leverage senior experts and academicians while emphasizing young-talent cultivation to earn industry recognition.

A-share film and cinema sector traded higher after intraday volatility; Shanghai Film jumped over 8%, with Jiecheng Co., Huanrui Century, Huace Film & TV, Hengdian Film & TV and Zhongguang Tianze also advancing.
