The head of Russia's Foreign Intelligence Service said the risk of a large-scale conflict breaking out in Eurasia is real and voiced serious concern.

An Iranian foreign ministry spokesman said Qatar, in an official filing to the International Telecommunication Union, confirmed that Iran's defensive strikes targeting US forces stationed in Qatar were aimed at US military facilities and did not target any civilian areas.
