Channel 14 reported Itamar Ben‑Gvir, Israel’s far‑right national security
minister and leader of the Jewish Power party, has proposed Plan 710 to relocate
nearly 1.9mln Palestinians from the Gaza Strip over seven years. The phased
targets are 250,000 in year one, 1.1mln within three years and about 1.9mln by
seven years. The proposal calls for a dedicated immigration ministry with an
independent budget, ministerial post and an international negotiating body.
Preliminary potential destinations include Turkey, Ethiopia, the Democratic
Republic of Congo and several Arab states. Funding is envisaged as direct
Israeli government finance combined with international support, with up to 24
months of resettlement assistance covering transport, housing and job training.
The proposal was reported by Channel 14 and has not been presented as government
policy.
