The Shenzhen Real Estate Brokerage Association reported new-home sales in Shenzhen at 3,467 units in August, down 23.0% MoM and up 4.8% YoY. Resale transactions were 5,108 units, down 2.3% MoM and up 7.6% YoY. Jan–Aug cumulative resale volume was about 48,400 units, up 4.7% YoY.

The decree adds ARS 217.954 bln (≈$145m) for the defense ministry and Army, Navy, Air Force and Joint Staff; ARS 30.519 bln (≈$20.24m) for the National Intelligence Secretariat; and adjusts the National Space Activities Commission budget to ARS 119.2895 bln (≈$79.09m).
