China Development Bank priced a CNY 5 billion three-year green financial bond at 1.27% via Shanghai Clearing House, using an online bookbuilding process for the first time. The issuer said the online method improved issuance efficiency and transparency and is being used to refine bond-pricing mechanisms and help narrow primary-secondary spreads. Proceeds will finance infrastructure green upgrades, energy-sector low-carbon transition, energy-saving/carbon-reduction projects and ecological protection and restoration.
