On the morning of the 6th, Lebanon’s Ministry of Public Health emergency operations center said Israeli strikes in southern Lebanon killed four people and wounded 20. The Israel Defense Forces said it launched airstrikes in southern Lebanon on the 6th, saying the strikes were in response to Hezbollah activity.

OpenAI executives were reportedly aware of the activity weeks earlier but did not disclose it at the time while managing fallout from a separate incident.
