Zelenskiy said Ukraine may prefer certain negotiation formats but that having no talks would be worse. He thanked U.S. Middle East envoy Witkoff and Trump son‑in‑law Kushner for their role in restarting talks. A U.S. team met with Russian leaders and with Zelenskiy today to discuss all options; Zelenskiy also held trilateral talks with European representatives and a meeting of national security advisers. He said Ukraine will do everything possible to revive negotiations.

Iran's National Oil Products Refining and Distribution Company general manager said the country faces an average daily gasoline shortfall of 10 mln liters, although consumption is unchanged year-on-year. Domestic quota prices will remain at 1,500 tomans for the first tier and 3,000 tomans for the second; gradual price adjustments will apply only to imported gasoline. A plan also requires government officials to refrain from using cars one day per week.
