evolve toward a manufacturing-style model, prioritizing customized handovers and
premium project development. The sector's consumer-service attributes will
amplify product and service differentiation across developers. Product
competitiveness will become a primary advantage; high-spec, high-standard new
homes will stand materially above existing second‑hand stock. Citic recommends
developers with experience in customized delivery and property companies able to
provide optional fit-out/upgrade services.
