Humain is held by a $900bn Saudi sovereign wealth fund that is encouraging portfolio companies to list as part of a privatization push; the fund sold a minority stake in Humain to ARAMCO last year. The company previously said it planned to list in 2028 or 2029 with shares on Nasdaq and the Saudi exchange; Humain declined to comment on timing.
