Kremlin spokesman Peskov said on Sept. 7 Russia does not rule out resuming
trilateral talks with the US and Ukraine, but venue and timing remain uncertain.
He said a phone call between Presidents Putin and Trump following visits to
Moscow and Kyiv by the US presidential envoy could not be ruled out. The Kremlin
said it has no information yet on outcomes of meetings involving US presidential
envoy Witkoff and Jared Kushner with Ukrainian leaders. Peskov declined to
comment on how any new US proposal compares with the Anchorage consensus.
